with Tapas or plates found in the Dining Room the focus is to offer
our guests a taste of Spain in an authentic manner. Through our travels
in Spain we have informed our palattes and our ideas on the nature
of the regional cuisines and also, that of the ‘new’ Spanish
cooking that is influencing so many chefs worldwide. Our menus repesent
a fusion of the ideas we have learned with emphasis on clarity of
